Cognition Management Inc. has been in operation since July, 1997. Initially created as a sole proprietary company Cognition was incorporated February 8, 2000. The focus of the company is to provide independent management consulting services to the Victoria community with a special focus on IT related issues as well as personal and professional growth seminars. For Consultative Services, Cognition delivers in the following key areas:

In addition to IT Consulting, Cognition Management has been an authorized distributor for Inscape Publishing since April 2001. Inscape is a company that has been providing educational instruments for over 40 years and has benefited over 30 million people. As a distributor, Cognition has access to these training materials for re-sale for those clients that wish to conduct their own internal training sessions including the training of client staff to deliver this training. Cognition also has certification to facilitate the delivery of the associated Inscape training seminars. These seminars are beneficial for an individual, small teams or for entire organizations. Cognition Management Inc. offers services to both the public and private sectors. Most recently customers include the BC Government for Operation Management, Business Plan creation, Software Asset Management, Business Process Analysis and Team Building seminars. Cognition has also provided the same services for several private sector companies as well as customized training. Other projects have included creating and implementing new business plans and strategic plans for several private sector firms.
